My referral link doesn’t work. I signed up a referral with my referral link, but I can’t see them in my statistics

If your referral has not been tracked in your statistics, please check the following: 

1. if the referral link you sent has the correct destination URL
2. where possible, if your referral has confirmed they clicked your referral link when registering.

If you have checked the above, yet the problem persists, please contact your dedicated account manager to investigate.
