If one of your referrals is not listed in your statistics or you have reason to believe you were not paid for a referral, please consider some of the common reasons below:
- Your referral may not have clicked your tracking link when registering.
- Your referral may not have reached the minimum deposit amount for you to receive CPA payment.
- CPA is paid after 30 days from the initial deposit amount. Please allow sufficient time to qualify for payment.
- Payments are accumulated during a calendar month. There may have been insufficient time for payment eligibility, so your payment will be issued in the upcoming payment cycle.
